Many kms of cycle path and canal - F-GG, VL-KUNST, W2, W5, L142, VL-HEUVEL, Hakendover>Halen=RAVeL, F5 for 20k followed by a canal tow path, 140-160k more cycle path. more canal path, KUNST back to Tervuren. 
A 200k cycle path route, rolling out over the ridge and hills for the first 60k, before flattening out, hitting the cycle paths, canals and usually a head wind before following a Roman road (mind the roots) back south to Aarchot and a river and a wiggle back home.
